Colby Geil, a 13-year-old who demonstrates exceptional body awareness when it comes to food & mood. Diagnosed with multiple, severe food allergies at the age of six, Colby found that changing his diet not only kept him safe from major reactions, but also had amazing effects on how he felt and functioned at school. He’s spoken as a food allergy advocate in both his city and his school and has attended teen conferences with FARE: Food Allergy Research & Education in 2017 and 2019. Colby is also my son, the catalyst for my career, and my biggest inspiration. I can’t think of a better way to kick off Episode 1!
